The Xeon 6728P is a 24-core processor designed for balanced enterprise workloads that require strong per-core performance with moderate core density. With a high 4.1 GHz turbo frequency and integrated accelerators, it is well suited for virtualization, database front-ends, and general-purpose infrastructure.

Built on Intel 3 process technology, the Xeon 6728P combines 24 high-performance cores with a 2.7 GHz base frequency and a 4.1 GHz max turbo. The processor features 144 MB of L3 cache and supports Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology, enabling 48 threads for improved parallel processing. The multiplier is locked, limiting overclocking potential.
