The HPE QSFP28 to SFP28 Adapter (QSA28) is a passive adapter that converts a QSFP28 port into a single SFP28 or SFP+ port, enabling the use of lower-speed optics in higher-speed switch ports.

- Does not support Direct Attach Cables (DACs)
- Does not support 10GBASE-T transceivers
Note: This adapter (845970-B21) is specifically designed for QSFP28 ports and should not be confused with the 655874-B21 adapter, which is limited to 40G operation and does not work in QSFP28 ports.
